Hub Care Support Mid & South Bucks helps people find flexible support at home from independent Personal Assistants in the local area. We understand that choosing support for yourself or someone close to you can feel like a big step. Our role is to help make that process clearer, easier and more reassuring.

You choose the Personal Assistant you feel is right, and the practical details such as days, times, tasks and rates are agreed directly between you and the PA. A personal assistant may be able to help with personal care, companionship, domestic tasks, meal prep, medications and transport. Many personal assistants support clients who may be older, have conditions such as dementia and support adults with disabilities.

Flexible visits, overnight and live in

Every personal assistant has been independently vetted and approved by the Quality Care Approval Scheme ensuring they have enhanced DBS, training in at least 20 subjects, verified references, ID checks and right to work in the UK.

We take the time to speak personally with every person interested in support, understanding their unique circumstances so they can choose the best personal assistant to support them.
